Within the last two years I had been suffering with pain to my neck and shoulder which also caused weakness to the right arm and hand. This has been diagnosed has cervical degenerative disease and a steroid injection was administered (NHS) 9 months ago. The pain prior to the injection was chronic and debilitating and in an effort to alleviate such pain I underwent a series of massage treatment with Dermatouch which helped in reducing the level of pain. Since the injection into my neck I have continued to be routinely treated by Rebecca providing massage to my neck and shoulder as a form of maintenance. This also includes my lower back that has similar degenerative issues and is definitely beneficial in keeping any discomfort to a minimum by targeting the problem areas.

I started visiting Dermatouch Skin Clinic in 2012 and for each area I have had treated over the years I have had excellent results. Rebecca takes extra care to make sure all treatments are as successful as possible and for that reason I have stuck with her for all of my treatments, despite at times, living many hours drive away!! I started with hair removal of my underarms, not really knowing what to expect at all, Rebecca took the time to explain the whole process, what to expect when, how we would progress and if for any reason it didn't work, what we could try differently. After just one treatment the difference was noticeable but Rebecca explained as the hair reduced the results would be less obvious. While I was still having the hair treated on my underarms, I had an operation to remove my sweat glands due to hyperhidrosis, which prevented treatment for quite some time. After this I had 2 fairly unsightly scars, Rebecca suggested we try a different kind of treatment to help the skin tissue recover and improve the scars, I'm pleased we did, they are now much less noticeable! I have now had hair removal treatment on my underarm, extended bikini line and both top and bottom halves of my legs and the results have been exactly what I'd hoped for. I am also planning to have my arms treated in future! Rebecca takes the time to make you feel as comfortable as possible and is always able to recommend options and / or alternative treatments if they are available. I highly recommend the Dermatouch Skin Clinic and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else!!

Rebecca is knowledgeable and puts you at ease

I can't speak highly enough about Rebecca at Dermatouch. Having had terrible acne as a teenager and the aftermark of scars and pigmentation problems all my life. I had given up on dermatologist clinics and Dr's whom had taken a lot of money and done very little for my skin or confidence . Then having moved out of London I visited Rebecca at Dermatouch skin clinic. Not only did she assess my skin she understood the psychological issues that went hand and hand with my history. I have had IPL before but none as thorough and as targeted as what Dermatouch offered. Rebecca has taken on board all my areas of concern and I can see a great improvement after only 3 treatments. I can not thank Rebecca enough! She puts you at ease and goes the extra mile in explaining treatment and unlike most clinics does not clock watch. For someone whom has spent thousands of pounds on addressing my skin problems I wish I had left London many years ago as meeting Rebecca has restored my faith in both treatment and holistic approach she has with her clients and I can not thank her enough
